1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dealzako platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Who We Are
DealZako is operated by LinkZako Africa Limited, a company registered in Uganda, with its registered office at Upper Mawanda Road, Mulago 1, Kawempe Division, Kampala, Central 207753 KAMPALA GPO, Uganda. References to "we", "us", "our" and "DealZako" in these Terms mean LinkZako Africa Limited.
3. Description of Services
Dealzako provides a property management and rental marketplace platform connecting landlords, tenants, property managers, brokers, and service providers in Uganda and across Africa.
4. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You may not create accounts for the purpose of fraud or impersonation.
5. Landlord Responsibilities
- Listings must be accurate and represent the actual property.
- Landlords must comply with applicable housing laws and regulations.
- All lease agreements must be lawful and fair to tenants.
6. Tenant Responsibilities
- Tenants must pay rent on time as agreed in the lease.
- Tenants must treat the property with respect and notify landlords of maintenance issues.
- Tenants must comply with the terms of their lease agreement.
7. Payments
Payments processed through Dealzako are subject to our payment provider's terms. Dealzako is not liable for payment processing errors outside our control.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for illegal activities.
- Posting false or misleading property listings.
- Harassing or threatening other users.
- Attempting to circumvent our payment system.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dealzako is a marketplace platform. We are not a party to any rental agreement and are not responsible for any disputes between landlords and tenants.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
